Is this claim compliant?
Paste or upload (.txt, .docx, .pdf, .csv) label copy, a product page, a caption, an ad, or customer reviews. Before scoring, the checker re-verifies its sources against FDA, FTC, state and court pages, then rates the copy on a 1–5 risk scale, explains why, and writes a compliant version.

Cases that help or hurt
Court decisions, FTC orders and pending suits that define what a liquid vitamin brand can say, how much evidence it needs, and where the next enforcement wave is heading.
Reviewer decisions
Every caption submitted in Social Content Approval, scanned by Claim Check and set next to the reviewer’s decision. Where the two disagree, decide who was right: teach Claim Check a new rule, add a narrow exception, or keep the rule and note that the reviewer may have missed something.

How agreement is decided
- Missed by Claim Check: the reviewer rejected the item but Claim Check scored the caption 1–2 (pass).
- Stricter than reviewer: the reviewer approved the item but Claim Check scored it 4–5 (fail).
- Level 3 (rewrite recommended) counts as agreeing with either decision. Items still awaiting review, and items with no caption, are not compared.
- Claim Check reads the caption text only. A rejection about the video, visuals or audio is not something it can learn; dismiss those.
- Built-in level-5 rules (disease, drug comparison, false FDA status) are hard legal lines and cannot be switched off from here.
